cancellation POLICY

We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and you may have to reschedule. Please note that you will be charged 50% of your treatment price if you can not make it for your appointment or change your appointment without the minimum notice. We get that life is busy, however we would never double book your time so please do everything to not book yours.

REFUND POLICY

We do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We will credit you for a product returned within 14 days and work to find the best product for you. Credit to be applied towards product exchange only.
